  • 200 HR YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

    A 16-day immersive Teacher Training on Maui. This program deepens your practice through anatomy, alignment, Vinyasa, steady Hatha, and teaching skills. Full immersion, professional training, and a journey into self-empowerment. Yoga Alliance Certified.

  • 300 HR YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

    A hybrid advanced Teacher Training Program. 9 days in person and 16 weekly Zoom sessions. Focuses on alignment, therapeutics, advanced pose work, and deeper philosophy. Yoga Alliance 300-hour certification.

  • ONLINE GROUP CLASSES
